Each advisor, elected for expertise in his field, is appointed by the President, subject to the approval of the Board.

The undersigned hereby applies for membership on the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, Inc. and declares as follows:

1. That the member maintains an office in the United States of America for the transaction of business.

2. That the member subscribes to the aims and purposes of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, as set forth in the by-laws.
(A copy is available on request).

The Board of Directors of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce will evaluate each application for membership and has the authority to decline any application.
