Virtual Master Class: Product origin, characteristics and qualities as well as simple recipes

On March 31st, participants joined us for a Virtual Master Class and enjoyed an "aperitivo italiano" as Chef Jackie Rothong (New York City Culinary Producer, Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Chef & Brand Ambassador Viking Range LLC), Chef Michele Figliuolo (Chef, Culinary Producer and Food Stylist for Middleby Residential), Giulia Angoscini (Business Development Manager, Atalanta Corporation), and IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi explored PDO/PGI specialty food products from Italy and shared simple recipes you can re-create at home. Participants were able to taste along as they sampled a curated collection of PDO/PGI products delivered directly to their door in advance of the event!
