Registration is not yet open for this event. We will let you know when you will be able to register for the event.

On March 23, we broadcasted our fourth True Italian Taste Master Class "Boot" Camp session.

During the Master Class, participants were led on a guided exploration of the flavors of Italy’s Tuscany region by a panel of expert speakers including Jackie Rothong (New York City Culinary Producer, Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Chef & Brand Ambassador Viking Range LLC), Pino Luongo (Executive Chef and Owner of Morso Restaurant, Coco Pazzo e Coco Pazzeria), Francesco Lupo (Food Marketing Specialist), and IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi. Participants embarked on a journey of discovery of Tuscany's PDO and PGI products, delving into the characteristics and qualities that define these products, explaining the geographic significance associated with their production and unique characteristics. For viewers at home, Chef Jackie Rothong and Chef Pino Luongo introduced simple recipes that you can recreate at home featuring these delicious PDO and PGI ingredients!
