True Italian Taste Master Class “Boot” Camp on the Calabria region

On May 18, 2021 we will broadcast our fifth True Italian Taste Master Class "Boot" Camp session focusing on the Calabria region!

During the Master Class, participants will be led on a guided exploration of the flavors of Italy’s Calabria region by a panel of expert speakers including Jackie Rothong (New York City Culinary Producer, Food Stylist, Recipe Developer and Chef & Brand Ambassador Viking Range LLC), IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi, and a special Guest Chef. Participants embarked on a journey of discovery of Calabria's PDO and PGI products, delving into the characteristics and qualities that define these products, explaining the geographic significance associated with their production and unique characteristics. For viewers at home, Chef Jackie Rothong and the Guest Chef will introduce simple recipes that you can recreate at home featuring these delicious PDO and PGI ingredients!
