Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Holds 2018 Board Elections and Names Executive Committee

New York, NY — The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the election eight new members to its Board of Directors, as well as the full slate of directors and officers for 2018.

Newly-elected Directors joining the IACC Board for a first term are: Frank Cerza, Partner, LeClairRyan; Venanzio Ciampa, President, The Promotion Factory; Danila Duo, Head of the Italian Practice, Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP; Marco Lastrico, CEO, Barabino & Partners USA; Kristie McGowan, Director of the Global Luxury Management Program, North Carolina State University, Poole College of Management; Francesco Salvatori, Head of CIB of Americas, UniCredit; Elena Spinelli, Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor, K-Flex USA LLC; and Cristiano Villani, President and CEO, Bravo International.

Directors re-elected to a second term of office include: Enrico De Alessandrini, Partner, Sassaia; Alberto Milani, Board Advisor and Mergers and Acquisitions, Richline Group – A Berkshire Hathaway Company; Mauro Porcini, Senior Vice President, PepsiCo; Diego Rodino di Miglione, Senior Director, Cushman & Wakefield; Gaetano Sciuto, President, Fendi North America; Vladimiro Sinatti, CEO, Ferrero USA, Inc.; and Rocco Totino, Partner, Grassi & Co.

Following the election of new and returning Directors, Alberto Milani was unanimously reconfirmed to a second three-year term as President of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce. “I am honored to serve the IACC, and feel fortunate to welcome such an eminently qualified group of professionals to the Board,” said Mr. Milani. “I am enthusiastic about the diverse backgrounds and unparalleled expertise our esteemed Board members bring with them—both individually, as leading experts in their respective fields, as well as collectively, as members who have been actively engaged in the day-to-day life of our organization over the last several years.”

IACC President Alberto Milani is supported by a four-member Executive Committee comprised of: Executive Vice President, Diego Rodino di Miglione, Senior Director, Cushman & Wakefield; Vice President, Frank Cerza, Partner, LeClairRyan; Corporate Secretary, Enrico De Alessandrini, Partner, Sassaia; and Treasurer, Rocco Totino, Partner, Grassi & Co. Mr. Rodino di Miglione and Mr. Cerza are new to their roles on the 2018 Executive Committee, while Mr. De Alessandrini and Mr. Totino were reconfirmed for a second term in their respective roles.
