On December 2nd, over 100 attendees joined us for our second True Italian Taste Master Class “Boot” Camp.
During the Master Class, participants were led on a guided exploration of the flavors of Italy’s Lombardy region by a panel of expert speakers. Participants embarked on a journey of discovery of Lombardy’s PDO and PGI products with industry experts and IACC Executive Director Federico Tozzi. We delved into the characteristics and qualities that define these products, explaining the geographic significance associated with their production and unique characteristics. For viewers at home, Chef Jackie Rothong and Raffaele Solinas introduced simple recipes that you can recreate at home featuring the delicious PDO and PGI ingredients!
