Cutting Edge Conversations: Davide Oldani’s Recipe for Success

On July 7th IACC members and members of the trade joined us for the inaugural edition of the the IACC's new Cutting Edge Conversations Series featuring Davide Oldani, Chef/Owner of Michelin-Starred Ristorante D'O and Founder of POP Cuisine, as he talked food, passion and operational innovation with IACC President Alberto Milani.

During this one-hour program, Chef Oldani shared his recipe for success, including his "POP cuisine" philosophy which aims to make good food accessible to a broad audience in terms of both taste and cost. Oldani will touched upon lessons learned from the recent crisis and will speak to the obstacles and opportunities facing the restaurant industry as Italian restaurants around the world prepare to reopen their doors to diners.
